Add Bill Tracking
Bill tracking is available on the RIGA website, but it is not trackable via RSS and has a generally cumbersome UI. A bill tracking feature which could be followed through an RSS reader would greatly improve on the existing interface.

Change the Unemployment/TDI phone system. This is the worst system in the whole country.
On occasion TDI would use the call back system when they were to busy. For me that worked out. Realty, you have to have more people on the phones. You cannot have these offices closed during the week. This is rediculous, we have to many people unemployed and I will be one of them in about a week.

RI has too much gov. for "0" growth state, Cut all state gov. departments 10%
RI needs to reduce gov and services to below what it can afford. In the private sector any and all departments can function better with 10-15% fewer people. Excess people create work to keep busy, so cut the work force to save money.

Provide startup funds for nonprofits
There's many people out there, myself included, that would like to start a nonprofit but don't have the means to support ourselves while growing a nonprofit. Or simply just don't have the startup capital to afford the registration requirements. I think the government ought to help.

Access info to FREE expired pharmaceutical disposal in RI.
Much like a library book drop off bin or a metal mail box on the street, I think it would be GREEN and environmentally considerate of the Ocean State to provide discreet and anonymous expired pharmaceutical drop off boxes. This could be at the library, the fire station, city hall, the police station...I'm concerned and actually shocked that I have found nothing like this in RI, considering the fact that we pride ourselves on the beauty of our beaches, rivers and ocean. Safe pharmaceutical disposal is very important for our ecology, wild life AND human wellness--we all consume water and…

All votes for all bills should be more easily retrieved.
If people who vote for or against bills knew that their actions would be easily seen by the people even years after they left office it might make them think more about their votes. Too often, those responsible for today's problems are long gone and forgotten by the time we see the consequences of their voting choices.
