RI has too much gov. for "0" growth state, Cut all state gov. departments 10%
RI needs to reduce gov and services to below what it can afford. In the private sector any and all departments can function better with 10-15% fewer people. Excess people create work to keep busy, so cut the work force to save money.

This is right on target but cuts need to be bigger, in the last turndown private sector companies have cut 40% and improved their ability to function.
